Video UserPic lets you create animated avatars from any video file, whatever the original format, and so lets you surprise your friends in forums, websites, etc.
With Video UserPic you can select the specific video fragment you want as an avatar, and the program will automatically convert it to GIF format (animated GIF of course). The selected area can be positioned and resized as you like.
The Video UserPic program is very easy to use, offering good results and the configuration options are wide enough to satisfy all needs. However, don't choose a video fragment that's too large, because the resulting animated GIF can be very large, and many websites and forums restrict the size.
